Discover Kinbaku is proud to host a Kinbaku LuXuria 3-day intensive workshop, fully dedicated to the “Naka Ryu”, presented by Riccardo Wildties, the Deshi of Naka-san.
This is your opportunity to delve deeper into Seme Nawa and to discover the beauty and intensity of Naka Ryu as interpreted and taught by Riccardo Wildties and Red Sabbath. This amazing couple devoted themselves totally to the use of ropes as a mean of aesthetic erotic torture. In 2015 Riccardo officially became Naka Akira’s Deshi who has acknowledged that though Riccardo is his student, that his unique form of bondage is a particular “latin” interpretation which proves to be much more suitable for Western students and models.
In this intensive workshop, we will deal with the fundamentals to create emotional intense erotic bondage. It will start with a review of the basic technical principles and patterns of Naka Ryu, that need to get mastered to maintain safety and control over the scene. Based on that, we will discover effective methods to impact emotions through choice of the tie. Also, we will analyze the aesthetics of Riccardos ties as well as the philosophical aspects of his Kinbaku. Your will deepen familiar principles and learn new patterns and positions. You will progress from erotic and aesthetic ties on the ground into semi-suspensions or suspension. The ultimate aim is to create unique and challenging positions, all while celebrating the traditional Japanese aesthetic.

Whom is it for?
This workshop is for couples who want to engage more intensively with the Seme-nawa of Naka Ryo, as interpreted by Riccardo Wildties. The workshop will be on intermediate level. The basis is the secure mastery of basic technical principles of this style. To make the most of this workshop you should already have a SOLID technical basis and worked within this style in the past.
Have experience of being suspended.
Be able to sustain a TK/boxtie position.
Know the difference between circulation/nerve impingement.
This workshop requires a good solid foundation of Naka-style ties, harnesses (especially a torsion load capable TK) and suspension line management.

What is in for me?
- In this weekend workshop you can learn about Naka Ryo / Kinbaku LuXuria Seme-nawa from the source. You will not only learn new patterns and positions, but also how to apply them in intimate play.
- You as a rigger will also understand and apply important non-technical aspects, such as Ma-ai, communication through rope or how to use intention to develop a scene.
- Furthermore, your will get inspirations how to create beautiful aesthetics in bondage, using most effective patterns and ties
- The models also receive valuable impulses for breathing, pain processing and internal attitudes and thus get a key to positive experiences and feelings in this special kind of Kinbaku.
I am a total beginner in the rope. Is the workshop suitable for me?
This workshop is not designed for total beginners. In order to be able to participate really intensively and also to achieve the maximum effect for you, you people on both sides of the ropes should master a good Takate-kote, capable for torsion load and have first experiences in doing / taking suspensions.
I’m an experienced rigger, but not familiar with Naka Ryo. Can I participate?
In general we welcome experienced people from other styles, as long they master the fundamental technical principles. If you’re in doubt about whether this workshop is appropriate for you, please get in touch with us.
I do not have a partner. Can I still participate?
The workshop is deliberately advertised for couples. To really get a maximum effect for you from Riccardos teachings, you should be already a bit familiar with tying together.
Is switching allowed?
For this workshop, switching is not encouraged. The pace will be high, and there will be not enough time to practice exercises twice.
My body is not as flexible as the models on the internet, can I still attend the workshop?
Yes. Kinbaku is the play on the limits of the individual possibilities of the person in the ropes, not the execution of fixed techniques. Important is the willingness of the model to be in the rope for the limited time and the rigger to deal responsibly with this gift.
