COACHING FOR BOTTOMS
Learn to trust your body's wisdom and discover your own way of being in rope with Natasha NawaTaNeko
Learn to trust your body's wisdom and discover your own way of being in rope with Natasha NawaTaNeko
My work is rooted in the belief that your body already holds profound wisdom.Together, we explore how to listen to its signals, move beyond old habits and conditioned responses, and cultivate greater awareness of your experience in ropes.
This is not about becoming a better rope bottom. It is about developing a relationship with yourself that allows you to experience rope with greater safety, authenticity and pleasure.
Why choose this?
For many people, rope is much more than a physical experience.
It can evoke trust, vulnerability, fear, pleasure, resistance, joy or grief. Sometimes these experiences are deeply nourishing. Sometimes they are confusing or difficult to understand.
My coaching creates a space to explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgement.
Drawing on my background in somatic sexology and years of teaching rope bottoms internationally, I help you develop practical tools to better understand your body, communicate your needs and discover what truly supports your wellbeing.
My approach is non dogmatic. It is not about doing things “correctly”, but about discovering what works best for you.
Over the past decade, my work with rope bottoms has led to the publication of Somatics for Rope Bottoms, a book that has helped thousands of readers deepen their relationship with rope through embodiment and self inquiry.
No previous experience is required.
What to expect
Every coaching journey is different. Depending on your goals, we may explore:
- Body awareness and embodiment
- Trust, surrender and vulnerability
- Navigating intense sensations and emotions
- Boundaries and communication
- Nervous system regulation
- Aftercare and integration
- Relationship dynamics in rope
- Developing confidence as a rope bottom
- Preparing for workshops, performances or private sessions
- Reflecting on challenging experiences
The body often understands long before the mind does. Learning to listen to it is one of the greatest gifts rope can offer.

Who is this coaching for?
Anyone who enjoys being in ropes, whether you are completely new to rope bottoming or have years of experience.
Do I need to be an experienced rope bottom?
Not at all. Many people come because they are curious about rope, want to prepare for their first experiences or simply wish to understand themselves better before beginning their journey.
Is this therapy?
No. My coaching is educational and somatically informed, but it is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It offers a reflective and supportive space for personal exploration and learning.
What is your approach?
My work combines years of rope experience with a background in somatic sexology and embodiment. Rather than offering fixed answers, I help you become more attuned to your body, your emotions and your own inner wisdom.
Can we work online?
Yes. Many topics can be explored very effectively online. In person sessions take place in our private Studio 6×6 in Berlin.
Rope bottoming can be a path of growing as a human in a deep way, if you open up your heart for it. Natasha´s coaching has enriched my understanding of my own body, my inner world and my own processes both in ropes and in life overall. I feel that Natasha genuinely cares about my progress as a rope bottom and I´m happy to be her student.

A beautiful and special place. The workshops at Discover Kinbaku are no shallow or chaotic fast food, but well thought-of concepts with a learning theory behind it, which doesn't only cover knots and patterns, but e.g. also interpersonal dynamics, communication and the side of the rope bottoms.
Mari
I really enjoy their teaching style: Inclusive, specific and practical, inviting reflection and willing to reflect and learn which makes for great teachers, great communication, very warm and inviting atmosphere.
Katharina
Warm and cozy place, superfriendly, welcoming and caring people, great workshops where you learn a lot more about Kinbaku than just patterns. Highly recommended also for bottoms!
