Should this occur, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. However, participants are not entitled to reimbursement of travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred in connection with the booking.
8. Liability and personal responsibility
The organiser is liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
Participation in workshops and individual coaching takes place at the participant’s own responsibility. The principle of personal responsibility applies. Participants must follow the organiser’s instructions at all times.
Any medical conditions, illnesses or other impairments that may be relevant to safe participation must be disclosed to the organiser before the course begins. If a participant knowingly provides no, incomplete or false information regarding such conditions and this leads to safety issues or other problems, the participant may be excluded from the course without reimbursement of the participation fee.
Participation in course content involving a potential risk, such as suspension exercises, is entirely voluntary. Participants may decline, pause or end any exercise at any time.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances is not permitted. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from participation under the influence of such substances.
