About our studio 6×6
The studio 6×6 is our home, our place for research and creation – and a place we want to share with like-minded people. We wish our studio to be a place for braveness and tenderness, for exploration and introspection, for play and serious study – but most of all: for the freedom to be yourself.
Studio Ethics and Rules
Presence:
Be there, consciously. Focus on your partner, on the process, on the space, and on the others.
Refrain from using mobile devices and substances that alter your consciousness.
Respect:
Be respectful to your partner, other people in the room, our neighbors, and our belongings. Please treat the tatami mats with respect and do not walk on them with shoes. They also do not like wax, food residue, or red wine stains.
Responsibility
Take responsibility for what you do. Only do what you can take responsibility for. Very quickly, a person’s life can be in your hands. Are you (technically) prepared for that?
Contribution
Give more than you take. You can contribute by paying attention, by participating in the game, by your presence. You can be at the best party of your life—it’s up to you.
