The most important thing rope bondage has taught me is to be guided by my body. To trust that it has a voice, and trust that it knows.

COACHING FOR BOTTOMS
Deepen your experience in ropes
How to feel safer and go deeper in ropes?
Rope can offer extraordinary experiences: deep surrender, intense emotions, flow, challenge and moments that stay with you long afterwards.
My coaching helps you feel safer and more confident in your own body, so you can let go of worrying about doing it right and become more available for the experiences you actually want to have.
Through individual coaching, you can:
Feel safer in ropes
Grow confidence in recognising your limits and your body's early signals, so you can make clearer choices and explore with greater trust in yourself.
Find more flow
Spend less time monitoring, controlling or performing and become more available to fall into the experience with your partner.
Feel more deeply
Expand your capacity to experience intense sensations and emotions without judging or immediately shutting them down.
Surrender more fully
Become more confident in choosing whom you trust and, when it feels right, let go of control and invite your partner deeper into the experience.
Expand your possibilities
Discover more of what you are capable of, from challenging shapes and intense experiences to moments of profound connection and transformation.

Why explore rope
bottoming with me?
I don’t believe in teaching people how they should be in ropes. My work is about helping you become more deeply connected to your own body, so you can find guidance and clarity within.
This approach has grown from more than fifteen years of experiencing rope from the inside, together with my studies in somatics and embodiment and years of teaching rope bottoms internationally. It became the foundation of my book Somatics for Rope Bottoms, which has accompanied thousands of readers in exploring their own relationship with rope and their bodies.
Your body is not something to overcome.
It is where you find your way.
Questions & Answers
Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is for anyone who enjoys being in ropes or is curious about exploring them. You may be completely new, have years of experience or come with a particular question or challenge. We start with where you are and what matters to you.
What can we work on together?
Anything that helps you understand and deepen your own experience in rope. This might include body awareness, surrender, limits, communication, navigating intensity, recurring patterns, difficult experiences, preparing for a workshop or performance or simply wanting to understand what happens to you in ropes more deeply.
Sessions may include conversation, movement, somatic exercises and practical exploration depending on what is useful for you.
What is somatic rope bottoming?
Somatic means beginning with your lived bodily experience. Rather than asking primarily what you should do or how a rope bottom is supposed to behave, we become curious about what is actually happening in your body.
By developing your ability to feel sensations, impulses, tension, breath and movement, you can become more familiar with your own responses and find greater guidance within your own body.
Can you teach me how to become a better Semenawa bottom?
Yes, if by “better” you mean feeling safer and more confident, surrendering more deeply, expanding your capacity and becoming more available to the experience.
I won’t give you another set of rules to follow. There is no single right way to be in ropes, and I am not interested in replacing one dogma with another. Instead, I help you become more aware of yourself, recognise your patterns and develop greater trust in your own embodied experience.
How can coaching help me understand my limits?
Understanding your limits gives you greater confidence to explore. Limits are not always fixed or immediately obvious. They can change with the situation, the person, your physical and emotional state and what you want from an experience.
Rather than giving you a formula for where your limits should be, we work on becoming more sensitive to your body’s responses, recognising your patterns and distinguishing between challenge, resistance, tolerating and a need to stop or change something.
Still curious?
I’m completely new, where do I begin? How can I surrender without losing myself? Can we talk about a difficult rope experience? Can you help me prepare for a workshop, performance or photo shoot? Do I need to come with my rigger? Can we work online?
Just ask.

MOABIT
At Discover Kinbaku, I've learned not just rope technique but also how to genuinely look after the person I'm tying and understand the true spirit of Kinbaku.
The experience of the person in the rope is given as much importance as the person with the rope. From a very early stage, improvisation and tying with the energetic flow is encouraged.
Attending a workshop with Natasha and Alexander means meeting two people who create a warm and trusting atmosphere. Their teaching is grounded in the understanding that Kinbaku is about the connection between two people. There is time to experiment, to play and to ask questions, making every session both joyful and deeply personal.
