Why explore Kinbaku with us?
We discovered Kinbaku together more than fifteen years ago, and rope has accompanied us through different stages of our relationship ever since. We know from our own experience the vulnerability and potential of being a couple: learning together, wanting different things, negotiating power, making mistakes and allowing each other to change.
Over the years, we have complemented this lived experience with extensive study and teaching of Kinbaku, somatics and embodiment, enriched by perspectives from martial arts and our respective academic and professional backgrounds.
Today, we bring all of this together in our work with couples, using Kinbaku as a playful practice to cultivate presence, differentiation and polarity, explore control and surrender and ultimately bring more erotic aliveness into the relationship.
Rope gives us a space to experience what words alone cannot teach.
Questions & Answers
Is this coaching suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. Our private coaching is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced couples. We adapt every session to your level and goals.
Is the coaching focused on BDSM or relationships?
We don’t separate the two. We use Kinbaku and conscious kink as a space to explore what happens between you: desire, communication, trust, difference, power and play. How far you want to take this exploration is entirely up to you.
Why do we need ropes?
Rope turns abstract relationship dynamics into physical experience. Presence, trust, difference, power, resistance and surrender are no longer ideas to talk about. You can feel them, play with them and respond to each other in real time.
What should we bring to our session?
Comfortable clothing is all you need. We provide professional ropes and everything required for the coaching.
Where do the sessions take place?
All sessions take place in our private STUDIO 6×6 in Berlin, a carefully designed space dedicated to presence, learning and connection. The intimate setting allows us to create a calm, focused atmosphere where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
